refund any unopened bottles within 14 days of purchase. Due to health and safety
reasons we cannot issue refunds on opened bottles. Please note refunds may be
subject to a shipping and handling fee.

Orders totaling $35.00 or more are shipped FREE (no
handling or shipping charge) to anywhere in the United States. Orders placed
before 3:30pm EST are typically shipped the same day.<
 Orders totaling 3 bottles or less are shipped via United States
Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipments take an average of 2 to 3 days.
 Any orders over 3 bottles are shipped UPS Ground and arrive
typically within 5 business days.

Fast, guaranteed delivery
to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Guaranteed delivery by 10:30
a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination. Next
Day Air service also includes detailed tracking information so you will know
exactly where your package is at all times. Tracking numbers are sent via email
when your order ships.
International Shipping
International shipping is offered via the United States
Postal Service and UPS. Local foreign taxes and duties such as VAT are the
responsibility of the purchaser at time of entry into the country. Clearance and
knowledge of local regulations regarding importing of vitamin products into the
country are also the responsibility of the purchaser. Vitamin Health is not
responsible for any shipment unable to pass through customs. Note that not all
international shipping options are available to each country.

depending on the destination. For urgent shipments to Canada, packages are
delivered by 10:30 a.m. the next business day to most major metropolitan areas,
and by the end of the business day to most other destinations in Canada. Rates
include pickup and door-to-door delivery with routine in-house customs clearance
by UPS Customhouse Brokerage or its designee.

countries. To Mexico, typically within three business days. To major

Global Express Mail shipments are delivered typically within
3-5 days. Global Express Mail offers fast and economical shipments to over 190
